GO-JEK, being the tech giant that it is, has monthly/bi-weekly talks at their office where other programming communities were invited to come and listen in to industry experts about their craft. I had the opportunity to design some posters for a couple of those occasions.
Another series needed was for internal purposes to ensure safety of operations among employees. Both in English and Indonesian.
-PHOTOGRAPHY-
Photography was needed to update their photo bank and showcase the open space plan of the office that encourages communication among the GO-TROOPS. There also examples of how the photos could be used in a magazine format.
-VIDEOGRAPHY-
Lastly, some videography was required as part of the employer branding team's initiative to attract top talent. Here, we decided to do an interview with one of the many amazing talents of GO-JEK coupled with an inspirational track and cinematic cut away shots to keep things consistent with their brand guidelines.
Other than full employee feature videos, small snippets/key points of interviews were also made to compliment the career blog post.
